WHAT PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY

We have been lucky enough to attain a permanent campsite here (there was only 4 left) 2 years ago, this will be our third season.

Having been here only a short time, I can attest to the pride and determination of the owners have in maintaining and upgrading the campground to a first class family facility. The numerous activities and continual upgrades are geared not only towards the adults, but also for the children and combination of both.

I am over whelmed with the generosity and spirit of helpfulness I received today when I spoke with the owners of this facility. I am an RV owner in the Jamestown area and was in a jam. Their generosity in offering me a solution that was over the top of what would be expected was so over whelming. I had to decline and hold it to a last resort because it was defiantly an Ace in the deck.

I cant wait to meet them in person this spring. Even though we are only a few miles from this facility, we will do whatever we can to patronize this business!!

Not only are people very nice, but the staff has this place well looked after! All guests have to stop at the office. I'm greatful for mine , my cousins and all those in the park are safe! In these days you just never know. And they were very polite and courteous while they carried out their duties. .
It's a beautiful place. Well kept and very friendly tennant too! I'll definitely be back.

PARK GUIDELINES

  1. 50% deposit required to make a reservation 

  2. Check-out time: 11:00 am

  3. Each site is allowed 4 people; any additional people will require a $5/day fee (children 4 and under are free) 

  4. Each site is allowed 2 pets at no cost; any additional pets will require a $5/day fee

  5. Restrooms: Please help us maintain our clean facilities (cleaned daily at 11 am)

  6. Speed Limit: 5 mph

  7. AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS NOT ALLOWED. Any pet that displays aggressive behaviour will need to be secured/restrained the duration of your stay, or you will be asked to leave the park without a refund.

  8. Pets: Must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Not permitted in bathrooms. Pets are not to be kept out all night. Tying up dogs is not permitted.

  9. Leaving dogs alone in your trailer all day is not allowed. 

  10. Fires: Permitted in barbecue grills and fire pits only.

  11. No Firearms, Fireworks, BB guns, Bow & Arrows, or slingshots

  12. No Clotheslines

  13. No Mechanic work or washing of vehicles

  14. Air Conditioning: Do not leave AC running when leaving for the day or there will be an additional charge for electricity.

  15. No Smoking

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made 8 or more days in advanced will receive a full refund less a $15 cancellation fee. ​

  • Cancellations made 7 days or less in advanced will receive a 50% refund less a $15 cancellation fee. ​

  • Cancellations made 3 days or less in advanced will not be refunded.
